At Tushop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re happy to help with a replacement or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days through M-Pesa or your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

If your product is defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item unless the error was ours.
